ProcSoft itself, is not an Internet Service Provider. However together with our partners we do provide a full internet access solution to our customers. 
We install and configure the customer's internet backbone consisting of:

     Email Servers (MS Exchange, IMAP4, Mercury) 

     Email Clients (Outlook, Outlook Express, Pegasus Mail)

     Web Servers (Apache , IIS) - if  required at customer's site

     Firewalls, Routers, Proxy Servers

We can also  configure all required internet protocols and services such as:

     Telnet, Ftp, DNS

In short, once a plan has been established we can take care of all the details: hardware installation, connection establishment, software installation and configuration, security setup, procedure and documentation generation as well as user training.
